In this episode of Keep It Real Talk with the Mystical One, we're talking about humility—but not the kind people try to force on you.
There is a difference between being humble and allowing someone to humiliate, diminish, or make you smaller. Sometimes the very season that challenges you is the season preparing you for your next level.
Coming straight off the dome, I share my personal experiences with workplace challenges, projection, smear campaigns, outside validation, and learning how to recognize when someone else's perception of you does not belong to you.
The lesson? You can remain humble without shrinking yourself. Stay teachable, know who you are, recognize projection when you see it, and don't allow other people's opinions to knock you off the path God has for you.
Sometimes the humbling season isn't the ending—it's preparation for the elevation.
