Coaching Credibility Week 1 - Practice Design (2025)
In Practice design, we discuss:
- How we approach building skills downstream from decisions,
- How to structure practice to prioritize what happens most frequently
- Why we use live play to start and end practice
- Why we allow players to experience a problem first, before a solution
- How we use constraints to create channels of attention
- Our model for getting 6 things done in 60 minutes of practice
