How to Maximize your Immunity for Cold and Flu Season

  • In this episode, I talk about how we can prepare our bodies for "Cold and Flu" season. I talk about the Immunity Workshop that I attended hosted by Premier Family  Chiropractic. They have several workshops, dinners, workouts and even grocery store tours that you can attend to learn how to maximize your health and longevity! 

    I talk about the holidays and how sugar, less sleep, stress and less exercise can set us up to feel tired, bloated and unhealthy. We need to switch the mindset around holidays to focus them more on a different pillar of health - community - and not focus on having a gluten free, dairy free, sugar free holiday. Go into the holiday season and live every day intentionally. Make sure that you are adding in more antioxidant rich fruits, healthy fats, proteins and making less room for the processed foods, sugar and seed oils. It is what we do 95% of the time that moves the needle!
