What if the habits that we struggle with often come about as the best way to cope with unnamed and processed grief and/or trauma?
Together we look at the distinction between pain and suffering. We then consider how our growing awareness and acceptance can help us be compassionately curious with where we turn in times of stress and struggle. And look for ways we can be with our pain and decrease our suffering.
