Do you ask a question in English and find that people don't actually answer it? The problem might be the way you structure your question, not your grammar.
In this video I share a simple four-step structure to ask clearer questions in English, especially at work and in meetings: introduce the topic, give the context, signpost the question, then ask it and stop. I also share useful signposting phrases you can start using today, from direct ones like "So my question is this" to softer ones like "I was wondering..."
If you often speak for a while before asking your question and people forget what you actually asked, this simple structure will make a big difference.
