Jodie shares her path from returning to nursing later in life and struggling through a difficult graduate year to building her third business as a systems-focused business coach.

After realising casual nursing required years of full-time work and feeling trapped, she explored other options, then—encouraged by her partner—chose to build a coaching business instead of working for others.

Jodie explains how she helps service-based businesses improve the end-to-end client experience through operations, standard operating procedures, delegation, automation, and systems that can later integrate with AI, plus planning social content and strengthening customer service follow-up.

She describes rapidly raising prices from low-cost sessions to audits starting at $2,000 and six-month coaching packages up to $20,000, alongside results like doubling a client’s turnover in three months and reaching a planned $1M milestone early.

Jodie now works casual nursing and emphasises rest, life design, networking, and getting a coach.
