概要
In this episode, I share how discovering my Human Design completely transformed the way I understand myself and my soul purpose. For so long, I confused other people’s emotions with my own — and even my thoughts weren’t always mine. I was absorbing everything around me. Through learning my design, I finally began to recognise what energy belongs to me, and what doesn’t. I’ve learned what a true yes from my soul feels like… and what a no feels like too.
Human Design weaves together the wisdom of nature, astrology, and energy — showing us how we’re each uniquely designed to move through the world. This understanding has brought such freedom and clarity, guiding me back to my own inner authority, my own truth, and the purpose my soul came here to live. 🌿💫
I hope that by sharing this, it inspires you to understand yourself a little more deeply too — to trust your own design, and follow the wisdom of your soul. 💛
The book I refer to in this episode is: Human Design - Discover the Person You Were Born To Be (By Chetan Parkyn)
