    For today's adventure, we travel to the Continent of North America, specifically the United States, to meet my longtime friend and Physical Therapist extraordinaire, Marina Kesler.     Marina Kesler is a Physical Therapist, Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, and American Physical Therapy Association Certified Achievement Provider in Pelvic Floor Disorders and Obstetric/Postpartum Physical Therapy. Received Baccalaureate of Science Cum Laude in Physical Therapy from Mount Saint Mary's College in Los Angeles in 1994 Mand aster of Science and Clinical Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Rocky Mountain University of Health Sciences in Provo, Utah in 2005. I have successfully practiced Physical Therapy for 28 years in various clinical settings. Providing comprehensive physical therapy evaluation and treatment services for female, male, pediatric and transgender patients with:

    Urinary stress and urge incontinence  Urinary frequency  Fecal stress and urge incontinence  Voiding dysfunction  Constipation/incomplete emptying  Female pelvic pain  Male pelvic pain  Female sexual pain  Male sexual pain  Endometriosis  Interstitial cystitis  Irritable bowel syndrome  Pregnancy/antenatal rehabilitation  Labor and Delivery coaching  Doula Services  Postpartum rehabilitation, including perineal tears, diastasis recti, pelvic organ prolapse  Sexual dysfunction  Pudendal nerve neuralgia  Orthopedic injuries 

    Utilizing visceral manipulation, craniosacral therapy, manual therapy, neuromuscular reeducation, behavioral modifications,  breath work, therapeutic exercises, and extensive patient education as effective evidence-based treatment modalities, I focus on restoring mobility and function, offer a professional, friendly, holistic, and caring approach to patient care. I am a patient advocate and strive to achieve every client's highest potential in recovery. My goal is patient education, natural healing, and injury prevention. Knowledge and a caring heart are power!
