概要
In this episode of Hotlines, hosted by Remerg Executive Director Carol Peeples and CRJ's Ryan Conarro, we meet Heather Beck and Christian Nesbitt from The Gathering Place (TGP) in Denver. TGP provides low-barrier, trauma-informed care to women, gender-diverse people, and children facing homelessness and instability. They address root causes of poverty, marginalization, and oppression, offering comprehensive services that guide members from crisis to stability. Beck and Nesbitt offer vivid glimpses of how TGP's space looks and feels; they articulate visions for long-term solutions to homelessness; and they share powerful glimpses of the "why" behind their work.
