MOUNTAIN PIE
Ingredients:
2 slices of sandwich bread
1 tablespoon or more of butter
1 tablespoon of marinara or pizza sauce
1/4 cup shredded or 1-2 slices Mozzerella cheese
8-10 slices of pepperoni or Italian sausage
Instructions:
- Butter one side of each slice of bread. On the unbuttered side of one slice, spread marinara, cover with pepperoni slices and mozzerella, place the remaining bread slice, buttered side up to form a sandwich
- Place the entire sandwich in a pre-heated skillet or a hot griddle over medium-high heat and grill one-two minutes on each side until browned and cheese is fully melted.
