Are you feeling overwhelmed managing everything in your homeschool with your child’s learning and attention needs?

Are the battles over your child’s focus and regulation wearing you down?

Do you feel stuck and unsure about what will work for your child with ADHD, Autism, or other learning differences?

I am so excited that you’re here! This podcast will help you create a positive homeschool atmosphere, engage your kids where they’re at, and give you the confidence that you’re making progress every day!

Hi, I’m Jenny, homeschool mom of 5 kids, former special education teacher, with 8 years of homeschooling experience.

Over the past three years I discovered that some of my children had unique learning and attention needs. I tried to find ways to outsource their education because I was afraid of failing. I finally realized that God had given me everything I needed to homeschool my kids.

I created a homeschool rhythm and systems to support our household. A straightforward approach that starts with what’s most important to us. A framework that includes practical solutions and the flexibility my kids need. And I’m looking forward to sharing it with you!

If you’re ready to create a peaceful and positive homeschool that works for you and your kids, engage your kids in a meaningful way, get clarity on what your version of a successful homeschool day looks like–this podcast is for you!

Find a comfy chair and take a deep breath, knowing that you’re not alone.

  • 14 When Behavior Is Really a Regulation Challenge: A Conversation with OT Alison Foura
    2026/07/08

Why do some behavior strategies seem to work for one child but completely fail with another?

What does "regulation" actually mean, and why does it matter so much for learning and behavior?

How can you tell if a challenging behavior is really a sign that your child is dysregulated?

In this episode, occupational therapist Alison Foura joins me from the Sensory Solutions for Parents podcast to explore the connection between regulation and behavior. We discuss what it is and how it impacts learning, attention, emotions, and behavior.

Whether you're navigating meltdowns, resistance, big emotions, or daily struggles with focus and transitions, this conversation will help you look beneath the behavior and better support your neurodivergent learner.

Save this quote from the conversation: Dr. Ross Greene says, “Kids do well when they can,” and those are words to live by when we’re raising up our kids!
