Today we are walking through the process of asking the Lord's forgiveness of our sin. With that comes the full process of allowing Holy Spirit to restore our minds and perspective of that sin, and then heal our hearts of any wounds that the sin has caused. Allow yourselves to walk through this full process of forgiveness including letting Jesus give you a new perspective on this sin, His perspective. Letting go of guilt and shame is also part of the process. May God bless you all with his presence in these moments.

It is so important to let all our stress go and just sit near HIM. Going into this Holy Week, stress can sometimes pour on us from family dynamics or just emotional pressure from our own issues. Take this quiet moment to "Be" amidst any situation your are in.

In this time we listen to and meditate on Psalm 141. Learning to redirect our focus on the Lord in the midst of difficulty is a skill that is learned; it does not come naturally to us. Asking God for what we need in difficulty and strong emotions (like David did in Psalm 141), is a skill. Come sit with Holy Spirit, with me and meditate on his word.
