このコンテンツについて
This week's guest is Holly Matthews - former actor, now a coach, speaker and founder of The Happy Me Project, a brilliant online space helping people boost their confidence and feel more content in day-to-day life.
You might remember Holly from Byker Grove or Waterloo Road, but she’s since carved out a completely new path, turning the toughest period of her life - losing her husband Ross to brain cancer in 2017 - into a mission to help others rebuild after tough times.
We talk about Holly's early career, the reality of solo parenting two girls, and the mindset tools she now swears by. We also chat about her ADHD diagnosis and how she approaches body image as a mum.
Holly’s books, The Happy Me Project and Find Your Confidence, are both out now: https://www.amazon.co.uk/stores/author/B09NDBSWDB
