With PCOS, I went from irregular, painful periods with intense PMS symptoms (cystic acne, intense cramping, bloating, fatigue, every symptom you can imagine), to regular, pain-free periods for the last year.
I am sharing the 4 foundational things I do that have regulated my cycle.
I am also sharing my hot takes on the secondary things that many people share for PCOS and regulating periods including peppermint tea, supplements, gluten free/dairy free, and more.
At the end of the episode, I am sharing a few things that helped alleviate the symptoms when I was in the process of healing.
