How do you deal with the permanent agony of being advertised to? Chessie and Zakim hunt for answers to this age old question.

On this week's episode, Chessie does a regrettable American accent and Zakim provides perspective on dealing with Lithuanian mental health professionals. There is also some extensive discussion of drugs, both prescription and non-prescription as well as the overwhelming mess we're all trying to medicate ourselves out of. The question is, should we?

The second episode about Mental Health. We both needed a second cup of coffee during the first half of recording session. During the second half, Chessie pounded down an energy drink and their brain was howling.

The first of our mental health episodes which turned out to be a shockingly deep well to delve. I've no doubt we're going to have loads of these throughout the years. Zakim and Chessie were dealing with a pile of emotional issues at the time and decided to make it everyone's problem.
