Health Talk MS is a podcast produced by the Mississippi Department of Health. Hosted by Greg Flynn, this podcast features conversations with the experts leading MSDH's public health initiatives, aiming to help you better understand the key health issues in Mississippi and their impact.


The goals of Health Talk MS are to:


- Educate listeners about how public health functions and the services provided by MSDH.

- Help listeners comprehend the current health issues in Mississippi and what actions they can take.

- Empower everyone with accurate information to take control of their health.


New episodes will be released on the first Monday of each month and will be available on our Healthy Mississippi YouTube channel, as well as on all major podcast platforms.

Improving Maternal and Infant Mortality rates is part of the formula to help the state grow both in population and prosperity.
