概要

Getting wealthy is indeed an exciting and gratifying feeling. With the right amount of money at your disposal, you can start a business of your choice, buy the things you love, and live a comfortable life. But financial abundance comes with its share of challenges. People can get lost with a lot of money, and they can suffer abuses because of it, which can be mentally, emotionally, and psychologically stressful, even damaging. Society glorifies attaining wealth and provides little to no guidance on how to live a healthy, engaged, and meaningful life for those living with, what can be, a complicated situation.

Welcome to Healing Wounds of Wealth: Are You Living A Rich Life? This is an open conversation with people of means and people who work with them. Join Richard Robinson in exploring the realities of wealth, its bright sides and also its challenges, shadows, and wounds. Find out how people have freed themselves from the hardships and restrictions that can come with money, and unlocked their paths to live truly rich lives.

Richard offers a safe space where problems caused by money are recognized. It is unusual to think that wealth could cause problems or pain, but here, we highlight stories of real-life people who went through exactly that. Find out how they handled the shadow of wealth that made them disempowered, felt lonely or betrayed, or experienced abuse or trauma. Without the need to earn income, people have felt unfocused and lost their purpose in life. If you are going through hard circumstances due to financial abundance, this show is your reminder that you are not alone and people have flipped that limiting script.

As guests unpack the challenges, wounds, processes, and successes of their journeys, you may be inspired to update how you navigate your relationship with money. Learn how they recognized unhealthy patterns, released blocks, and accessed greater freedom, not just financially but in every aspect of their lives. Let their stories of frustration and triumph guide you towards recovery, balance, and fulfillment.

Most importantly, learn how to shift what limits you to being part of what elevates your personal life. Your money should help you enjoy your life and not turn it miserable. These conversations reveal how people have done that.

Richard Robinson has been working with people toward their healing and growth for over 25 years. He is a licensed psychotherapist and a certified practitioner of an energetic healing modality called Life Centered Therapy (LCT). LCT is a sort of “emotional-spiritual surgery” which allows clients to get instructions from their higher self, resolve distressing experiences, and release energetic patterns that no longer serve them.

Richard brings to the podcast his expertise on healing, mindfulness, and spirituality, exploring how tapping into these areas can help you resolve your wounds of wealth.

Financial abundance comes with a lot of opportunities to create the life you want to live. It also requires you to face challenges and consequences. This podcast will help you address hard moments, and move toward personal freedom. Allow Richard to help you see what can be done to recover from wounds of wealth, and unlock quality life.

  • From Manila Mansions To Findhorn Trailers: Redefining A "Rich Life" With Dorota Owen
    2026/03/26

What does it actually mean to live a rich life? For some, it’s a marble-floored villa in Manila with a fleet of chauffeurs. For others, it’s a simple trailer in a Scottish eco-village. For Dorota Owen, it took having everything on the outside—and feeling utterly impoverished on the inside—to discover the difference.

In this deeply moving episode, Dorota shares her magical journey from the heights of expat opulence and suicidal depression to the transformative power of the Findhorn community. This isn’t just a story about walking away from money; it’s a masterclass in resilience, creativity under constraint, and the courage to follow your heart when Plan A fails. From substitute teaching in war zone schools to teaching forgiveness through the Miracle Choice game in the heart of China, Dorota’s life is a testament to the belief that “Everything you need is an arm’s length away.”

Are you ready to stop living for the perks and start living for the purpose? Dive into Dorota’s story and learn the three-word mantra that can catalyze your own creative transformation: constraints, catalyze, creativity.

  • Money, Mortality, & Meaning: Healing The Wounds Of Wealth With Interfaith Minister Reverend Will Green
    2026/03/18

In a culture that often equates material wealth with happiness, what happens when prosperity creates the wounds of wealth—pain, regret, and disconnection? Join us for an enlightening conversation with Reverend Will Green, an interfaith minister whose work often intersects with the deepest issues of life, death, and legacy—especially in the complex arena of money. Drawing from his experiences, particularly in hospice care, Reverend Green unpacks the “Gordian Knot” of wealth, love, and power. From the anguish of a wealthy man whose grandchildren only want a handout, to the entrapment felt by a woman whose riches keep her in an abusive marriage, we explore why having “enough” often isn’t enough, and how spirituality across all traditions guides us toward a more meaningful use of our resources. Discover why the path to a truly rich life may require letting go of what we own, and making money a force for good.
