Does this align with God’s Word?” ✔️ Don’t panic – your reaction gives the thought power, not the thought itself ✔️ Replace it with truth – speak scripture or truth-based statements over your mind ✔️ Set mental boundaries – not every thought deserves your attention ✔️ Stay rooted daily – build a habit of truth before the overwhelm hits
