Do you suffer from seasonal depression when the weather gets cold or when the days get shorter? You are not alone, as I also suffer from this. During the colder months, it can be challenging to find the motivation to do things we normally love doing. This is caused by the shorter days and colder weather which makes us want to cozy up inside. I learned from my therapist to have a winter plan, which sets you up for success to tackle your seasonal depression. This episode focuses on things you can do indoors and outdoors to keep you going!
