  • Mom Guilt: How to navigate motherhood?
    2026/05/21

In this episode of Harp On It, we’re talking about motherhood and the weight of shame that so many moms quietly carry.

There is a difference between guilt, conviction, and shame, and a lot of us have been living as if they are all the same thing. We unpack that from a biblical perspective and talk about how God leads us toward growth without condemnation, and correction without crushing our identity.

We also get honest about the pressure to be everything for everyone, and the subtle lie that says being a “good mom” means disappearing into self-sacrifice until there is nothing left of you. That is not the heart of God for motherhood.

Yes, motherhood is sacrificial. Yes, it stretches you in ways nothing else does. But it was never meant to erase you. You are still a daughter of God first. Your identity is not reduced to “mom,” even though it is a sacred and beautiful part of your life.

This conversation is a reminder that you do not have to lose yourself to love your children well. You are allowed to grow, breathe, heal, and become whole in the process.

Motherhood is not meant to cost you you.

  • What Is My Calling?
    2026/05/14

In this episode of Harp On It, we talk about calling, identity, and the pressure so many people carry trying to figure out what they were “meant” to do.

Somewhere along the way, culture turned calling into career paths, titles, platforms, and productivity. We’ve made purpose feel complicated, like if we do not find the one perfect thing, we somehow miss God’s plan for our life.

But is that actually the heart of the Gospel?

We dive into the difference between your identity and your assignment, how gifts and talents fit into the Kingdom, and why your calling is so much deeper than a job title or paycheck. God absolutely uses our passions, creativity, and abilities, but our first calling has always been Him.

To know Him. To love people. To make heaven crowded.

If you’ve ever felt behind, confused about your purpose, or afraid of “missing” your calling, this conversation will bring freedom and simplicity back to the center of it all.

  • What Is Abundant Life, Really?
    2026/04/23

In this episode of Harp On It, we talk about what it truly means to live an abundant life, and how to actually walk in it.

Abundance isn’t about having more, doing more, or finally reaching a place where life feels easy. It starts deeper than that. It starts in the soul.

We unpack the mindset shift required to experience real abundance, not based on circumstances but rooted in your identity and relationship with God. Building on last week’s conversation, we talk about what it looks like to walk through pain, disappointment, and heartache without losing sight of truth.

Scripture calls us to “count it all joy,” but what does that actually look like in real life?

We explores how joy can exist even in hard seasons, how God develops something lasting within us, and how soul-level prosperity changes the way we experience everything around us.

If you’ve been walking through something heavy or questioning what abundant life is supposed to feel like, this conversation is for you.

  • You Didn’t Ruin It: Returning to God After You Mess Up
    2026/04/16

In this episode of Harp On It, we step into the tension of waiting, silence, and what it feels like when we think we’ve messed everything up.

We talk about the quiet seasons with God, when He feels distant, when prayers feel unanswered, and when we’re left wondering what the next step even is. But silence doesn’t mean absence. And waiting doesn’t mean disconnection.

We also confront a hard truth: sometimes, we are the ones getting in our own way.

Looking at the story of Peter, we unpack what it means to be fully devoted and still fall short. What happens when we disqualify ourselves?

Well the good news is, Jesus didn’t leave Peter there.

This episode is a reminder that your mistakes don’t disqualify you. Your calling isn’t based on your performance. And returning to God is always one step away.

You didn’t ruin it. There is still purpose on your life. Get ready Let's Harp On It!

  • You’re Not Behind: Trusting God’s Timing | Identity In Christ Pt 2
    2026/04/09

In this episode of Harp On It, we talk about something we all wrestle with... timing.

When God gives us a vision, it can feel so big, so clear… and yet so far away. We find ourselves questioning the timeline, craving immediate progress, and wondering if we’re falling behind or running out of time.

We unpack the tension between where we are and where we feel called to be, along with the temptation to rush the process or try to “fast track” our growth.

Looking at the story of Elizabeth, we’re reminded that what feels like delay is often divine preparation. Reframing what it means to “wait on the Lord.”

If you’ve been feeling behind, impatient, or unsure of why things aren’t happening faster, this episode is for you.

  • Trying to Be Everything? You Might Be Losing Yourself | Identity in Christ
    2026/04/02

In this episode of Harp On It, we dive into a question so many of us quietly wrestle with, where is my identity actually found?

As women, we’re often praised for doing it all, being everything to everyone, and carrying more than we were ever meant to hold. But in the middle of all that pressure, it’s easy to lose sight of who we truly are.

We talk about the tension of feeling pulled in multiple directions, the weight of expectations, and the danger of building our identity on our own gifts, roles, and performance instead of God.

Looking at the story of Moses, we unpack what it means to wrestle with identity, being shaped by the world, caught between two versions of yourself, and ultimately being called out of that false identity and into truth. His story reminds us that God doesn’t need our striving. He calls us back to whose we are, not just what we do.

If you’ve been feeling stretched, defined by expectations, or unsure of who you really are beneath it all, this conversation is for you.
