This pitching and catching tandem has dazzled fans all season-long and the duo discusses each othe’rs strengths as well as KU’s outstanding team chemistry that has lead to unprecedented success.
Both also describe the diverse backgrounds on the Kansas roster as well as some common traits that unite them. They talk about their baseball inspirations, and post-baseball aspirations as well. Finally, both players’ mothers are famous on the team for special recipes they’ve made for the players – Boede’s mom’s amazing cookies and Augusto’s mother’s Venezuelan arepas. The duo discusses what makes each taste so special.
