概要
Halftime breaks for athletes are meant to rest, regroup and reset. As an athlete needs a halftime during a game, so do we in life. Why? For the same reasons of the athlete. To rest in Jesus' presence, to regroup and ask ourselves, "Is what I'm doing actually helping me follow Jesus?" and to reset and go face life with a new confidence.
