We learn about Nicholas, the 3rd‑century bishop of Myra in Asia Minor (present‑day Turkey), and how, over time, stories of his holy and generous life were embellished into legend. We also discover how Christmas traditions were shaped by author Washington Irving, minister Clement Moore, Civil War illustrator Thomas Nast, and Coca‑Cola artist Haddon Sundblom.
