Technology is a great thing and because of it, we even get the opportunity to entertain, inform, and educate about everything HOA's. But, as good as technology is....it is still only as good as the person operating it. I(Capt. E) have had so much fun educating myself on all the work and details that go into each episode and it has been fun at times and very challenging at others. We apologize for our long delay between episodes and as long as it is in our control, this will not happen again. As a token of our genuine apology we have lined up a great panel for todays show and will continue to do so for many years of new episodes to come.
Several weeks ago we had our friend from Hotwire Communications, Alex Stefanescu on to talk about one of the global leaders in fiber communication foundations for neighborhoods and it was an eye opneing conversation to learn just how bog a role Hotwire Communications plays across the globe as well as right here in most of our neighborhoods. We also are honored to welcome in to the studio this week, Brian Arnold of Arnold Roofing and Restoration. Brian is the partner that you and your HOA want when you go up against the insurance companies over the repairs that you may need after the next storm decides to pay our coastal region a visit. As most of us know, it is not a matter of if one will hit. It is in fact the question of when will this happen. Be sure to pay good attention to Brian and also make sure to save his contact info when you want soneone to go to battle for your's and your HOA's interests. Brian has plenty of experience and just like we prinised from day one. We only bring the biggest and most qualified players to our studio to help out our loyal audoinece of subscribers.
Lastly, our previous attempts at getting a real estate expert on our show had turned up empty handed until now. But after making our audinece wait, we just went right to the top and straight to the King. Michael King, that is, of King One Properties bsed in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina but offering their 45 plus years of service to a worldwide audience now, and Michael is the one to go to with any and all questions pertaining to real estate and the ever changing market here along the Grand Strand.
