Why do some patients develop HFpEF despite not being obese? In this episode, Dr. Nogami explains how combining invasive coronary function testing with exercise hemodynamics revealed a remarkably high prevalence of coronary microvascular dysfunction (CMD) in patients with non-obese HFpEF.
