In today's episode I speak with fellow Registered Dietitian and Certified LEAP Therapist Angela Moore.

Angela Moore, MS, RD, CLT
Angela graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Science in Public Health Nutrition and holds a Masters Degree in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She is a Registered Dietitian, a Certified LEAP Therapist, and certified by the American College of Sports Medicine as an Exercise Specialist.

"My journey into functional medicine began with the realization that nutrition is more than just fuel—it’s a powerful tool that influences every aspect of our well-being. Through advanced testing, such as micronutrient analysis, food allergies/ sensitivities, hormone panels, gene variants and gut microbiome assessments, I help uncover imbalances and provide targeted interventions tailored to each individual’s unique needs."

During her free time she likes to run, hike, mountain bike and ski. She works with clients around the country remotley with special ties to Crested Butte and the Denver Colorado area.
