 Welcome to HARMONIA, a podcast that weaves together the physical with the spiritual in sexuality, masculine and feminine energy and conscious harmonious relationship. In Tantric Cosmology, the whole Universe is believed to be created, penetrated and sustained by two forces in balance and unity; Shiva and Shakti. For centuries the story has been told that Shiva was resting peacefully in a state of bliss until Shakti came and danced around him, waking him with her powerful, seductive yet graceful energy. This is how it works within us as well; an awakened woman can lead her man toward bliss beyond his wildest dreams.
She can melt into her Shiva, masculine energy. She is comfortable in stillness and takes action in alignment. She is graceful and holds a powerful connection to her Shakti, sexual life-force energy. She leads with her essence, her clarity, confidence and ease. She is relaxed. She can let go. She is magnetic. She is also extremely rare. The imbalance of masculine and feminine energy has collectively existed since the Biblical days and beyond and as a result, centuries of wounding has been energetically locked into the reproductive cells and tissues of every human body. The entirety of humanity carries shame and a degree of sexual trauma.     Today is January 8th, 108, a number that symbolizes the entirety of existence. That is, essentially, what this episode is about. On Christmas night, Ashley experienced a profound awakening that has created a pivot (clear, alignment) in all work going forward.
