Visualization is more than “positive thinking.” It is s a focused, intentional way to communicate with your subconscious mind and align your emotions, actions, and energy toward a specific outcome. Think of it as a mental rehearsal. Just as athletes visualize the perfect shot or musicians imagine every note before a performance, you can train your mind to see the future you’re creating. Does it include health, peace, purpose, confidence? What do you have in the future that you don’t have now? The more you see it, feel it, and believe it, the more your brain will begin to take action to align your life now with the life you see.
Today I walk you through meeting your future self. Find a comfortable spot, relax, and begin seeing your future. Practice this daily and watch your actions begin to align with who you want to be.
