When I think of Italian food , I think about family traditions, love, laughter and loud all while enjoying some of the best, tastiest food. Who doesn't love a big bowl of pasta or the aroma of Italian food? Paul Ronzio grew up in one of the finest Italian restaurants in St. Louis. Rich and Charlie's is like a household name in St. Louis. Paul and I talk about how the family business started and how they keep tradition and family values alive in the business. We also share our passion for the restaurant industry, and all of the skills it takes to run a restaurant, especially when you have multiple locations and a separate full time job. You definitely can't be lazy or unmotivated working in the restaurant business if you want to be successful. They say you don't work a day in your life if you love what you are doing. I get that!
