Ashley left a career as a chef in Sweden to move his family to Mongolia and start an off-grid homestead YouTube channel (Simple Wild Living). Along the way he built a geothermal greenhouse that holds +25°C inside while it's -20°C outside, using nothing more than underground pipes and a couple of fans. No heat pumps. No electricity bill.
