概要
Hello and welcome! This is a grounded exercise that is perfect when you need to slow your crazy thoughts and energy. This is wonderful to do before you need to focus on something, like a project at work or a class.
This is the inner body version of this grounding exercise practice, which can feel intense to the practitioner. Here, we send our awareness inside the body. I have another variation of this meditation that keeps the awareness on the surface of the body. Use your judgement for which is right for you at this time, knowing you are always welcome.
About Me
I am a 200hr yoga teacher, with several additional certifications including children, yin, chair, restorative, yoga nidra. I am also an Ayurveda coach certified through The Shakti School. I have been teaching group and private yoga classes to adults and kids for a few years in my community.
