Here are some energetic tips for grounding yourself during stressful times. This little segment originally aired on KXFM 104.7 in Laguna Beach, California (kxfmradio.org) as part of A Teaspoon of Healing Radio Show. I took this part out to be a little stand-alone podcast segment for listeners of the podcast.

Grounding is very important during times of stress and change, such as during a move, life change, career or job change, and during other times of stress. I present these tips from an energetic point of view. Along with being a dietitian, I am also a Reiki practitioner and approach many things in life from an energetic standpoint.
