Any Bereavement or loss is traumatic however traumatic bereavement occurs when the loss is sudden violent and unexpected and it carries potential for longer term psychological problems for the bereaved.

My aim for this podcast is to help families feel less alone with their grief. I want to bring together a community of support for each other.
