Life feels heavy sometimes.
And when it does, a lot of the typical fitness and motivational advice completely falls apart. The speeches about discipline, hustle, and “just staying consistent” sound good in theory, but real life does not always work that way.
In this episode of The Consistency Podcast, I talk about what consistency actually looks like during difficult seasons of life. When you are overwhelmed. Burnt out. Grieving. Emotionally exhausted. Physically struggling. Taking care of everyone else. Or simply trying to make it through the day with whatever bandwidth you have left.
This conversation is a reminder that you are probably doing much better than you think you are.
We talk about why consistency is still showing up in your life even if it no longer looks perfect, daily, or highly structured. We also talk about trusting yourself to navigate difficult moments instead of judging yourself for not operating at full capacity all the time.
This episode is for anyone who feels like they have fallen behind, lost momentum, or can’t “get it together” right now. Sometimes the most important thing you can do is acknowledge that life is heavy and lead with compassion toward yourself while you work through it.
You are still following through more than you realize.
