Bible Text: ‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭ ‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭Romans 8:28 NKJV‬‬

28. ‭‭‭‭And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.

INSPIRATION: Every once in a while, the human race is thrown into chaos and in the wake of such storm, people tend to let go of God's promises. Currently, there may be overwhelming and energy-draining storms all over your life that you don't seem to know how to deal with each. Whilst grappling with one, another appears to be breaking loose on you on another side. It is against this chaotic reality that I bring you God's assurances, "The storm won't last forever." This, too, shall pass!

Whilst may be struggling to accept this prophetic word, can I announce to you that God is in your storm with you, and He will make it ultimately work for you good. Yes, may be overwhelmed already but that's God's opportunity to step in an take on the steering wheels of your life. He'll fashion out His purpose through it and cause you to thrive regardless of the glaring negative indices. He'll lighten the burdens you bear; He'll ease off your pain and sustain you through the crisis. You don't have to despair or be depressed. God's got you!

TODAY'S TAKE HOME:

Trust in the Lord with all your heart and do not lean on your own understanding. God's promises are not fairytales!

PRAYER: Dear Lord, please give me the presence of mind to trust You when life's reality become too overwhelming to cope with; help me to know You're working out the details for my own good in spite of whatever reality stares me in the face, in Jesus name.
