    All men don't communicate in a certain way, not all women communicate the opposite...

    I know, knickers will be twisted over this episode and given how the phrase 'toxic masculinity' has been hijacked and even emerging young men are scared to be themselves... I understand the concern...

    But in my work coaching leaders to be heard, there are some common blockers... and specifically, in this chat we're talking about how you sell yourself. In an interview or on the job. How do you make your brilliance known, without... agression or sleaziness?

    How do we lean into the strengths of masculie and feminine styles of communication, without veering to the extremes? And, does doing that mean we're being inauthentic?
