“God” is a word we all know, but what if the word itself can become the hiding place for everything we’re afraid to face inside? We start with a simple line that opened a much bigger doorway: God is not in the word God. From there, we unpack why language, labels, and religious vocabulary can turn into containers we worship instead of signposts that point us back to inner life.
We talk Easter Sunday, Passover, and Resurrection Sunday through a different lens, asking why so many people can celebrate year after year with no real shift in consciousness. Then we press into the meaning of resurrection versus awakening, and how a community can define a word so strongly that it replaces the lived experience it was meant to describe. If you’ve ever felt like faith became routine, or like the “big days” didn’t change you, this will hit home.
As the conversation widens, we bring it down to everyday life: how words carry weight, why intention matters more than perfect phrasing, and how “being” matters more than “doing.” We even connect this to marriage, where a ring and “I do” are powerful symbols, but real union goes deeper than a ceremony. If you’re a seeker who keeps thinking, there must be more, you’re exactly who we’re talking to.
If this resonates, subscribe, share it with a friend who’s asking bigger questions, and leave a review so more seekers can find the conversation.
