    The journey to glory is almost coming to an end and this episode is a return to the beginning of life: our families. This conversation is probably the most personal and vulnerable of them all, but it will also bring some light to our listeners. Efrén Prieto, born in Venezuela, is an acrobatics performer and yoga instructor who has inspired his family with his own personal transformation. Even being miles and miles apart, Efrén and Jaime have lived similar experiences surrounded by fear, religion and unfortunate comments. However, they have overcome adversity following their hearts and that’s where true revolution started. They also discuss the importance of prioritizing mental health, family communication and supporting our loved ones.
