She immersed herself in understanding ADHD and, in doing so, discovered something even more transformative: a spiritual perspective on what it means to be human. She has two-years training in counselling and now has an established coaching practice supporting adults. Blending practical strategies with grounded spirituality, Juliet helps her clients find clarity, inner peace, and the confidence to live their life with purpose to reach their full potential and thrive with ADHD.

    2026/07/14
Get in touch to see how I can help you! https://giftedwithadhd.co.uk/ In this episode of Gifted With ADHD, Juliet talks with Ildikó Sealey, Leader of the Routine Revolution and host of the Routine is Revenue podcast. They talk about the importance of putting YOURSELF first and why you should never sacrifice your own health for your business. Juliet and Ildiko share experiences of being ADHD and lifestyle coaches, and why even coaches need coaching themselves! ABOUT ILDIKO: Ildikó Sealey is the founder of Routine Revolution and the creator of the T.E.M.P.L.E. Method™, a behavioural operating system designed to improve professional performance through structured personal health routines. Her work is built on a simple belief: your business or career will only ever be as healthy as you. After a varied career spanning the arts, public sector, education and entrepreneurship, Ildikó became fascinated by why capable, ambitious people still struggle with overwhelm and burnout. Through her strategy work and her podcast, Routine is Revenue, she argues that the missing piece is rarely knowledge or motivation, but the daily behaviours that underpin energy, clarity and execution. Her mission is to help professionals build routines that become the infrastructure for long-term success.
