Episode 11 — “Here Lies Tomorrow” (Part One)
In this first installment of a multi-episode series, I take you inside a real conversation that happened at a Panera Bread — an unexpected encounter with two young Latter-day Saint missionaries that opened the door to a deep, Scripture-centered discussion about the Godhead and the identity of Jesus Christ.

What began as a simple invitation quickly turned into an honest comparison between biblical Christianity and LDS doctrine. In Part One, we walk through:

    • Acts 10 and the outpouring of the Holy Ghost
    • Why Scripture consistently calls God invisible
    • Verses that identify Jesus as both Father and Son
    • The biblical definition of the Godhead
    • Why there cannot be “two heavenly Fathers”
    • And why truth cannot contradict itself

We also step back to trace the early roots of Mormonism — Joseph Smith’s upbringing, Seekerism, his claimed visions, the formation of the Book of Mormon, and the rise of the LDS Church from New York to Illinois and beyond.

This episode isn’t about attacking people. It’s about clarity, Scripture, and truth.
Wide is the gate. Narrow is the way. Jesus said He is the Truth — and truth cannot have two versions.

If you’ve ever wondered how to lovingly, biblically, and confidently engage in conversations with LDS missionaries (or anyone presenting a different gospel), Part One sets the foundation for the episodes that follow.

  • After God's Own Heart Pt.2: Someone To Watch Out For Me
    2025/09/11

In this episode, we dive into a story of tension, courage, and unwavering faith. King Saul’s jealousy consumes him, driving him to hatred and disobedience that pushes God’s Spirit away, while David remains steadfast, refusing to grow weary in doing what’s right even when life feels unfair.

Amid the danger, Jonathan—a prince and heir to the throne—risks everything for David. His love, loyalty, and courage remind us of the rare, God-given friendships that lift us up, protect us, and strengthen us in ways only God can orchestrate.

Whether you’ve walked in faith for years or are just beginning your journey, this episode will inspire reflection on steadfastness, the beauty of godly friendship, and trusting God even when human hearts turn away.

  • Episode 9: After God's Own Heart Pt.1: A Shepherd Boy
    2025/09/03

What does it really mean to be a man after God’s own heart? David’s story begins in the shadows—overlooked by his family, underestimated by his king, and mocked by his enemies. Yet it is in these hidden places that God shows us what true anointing looks like.

In this episode, we follow David from the lonely fields of Bethlehem to the valley of Elah, where he faces Goliath. Along the way, we uncover truths that still speak today: why appearances can deceive, how private victories prepare us for public battles, and what Bethlehem—the “house of bread”—reveals about the abundance found in Christ.

If you’ve ever felt unseen or unqualified, David’s testimony will stir your faith. And this is just the beginning—stay tuned for part two, where we’ll continue to unfold how God shaped David into the king who foreshadowed the Messiah Himself.
