概要

This podcast takes a light hearted look at generational differences about all manner of topics. We explore everything from pop culture to finance to relationships and politics, but, only at a very shallow level and through our generational lenses. We don't aim to be controversial or be the authoritative voice on any topic. We are just here to rap about things that we think are cool and fun to talk about. Also, as a dad, it is my opportunity to publicly and on the record prove that I am always right and my teens are wrong. Gen X was the best time to grow up and I'll show that to my teens!Flash 人間関係 子育て

Today, we're going to talk about something I think we can all relate to: getting our teens off their phones and into the gym—or at least getting them moving! If you’re like me, you’ve probably noticed how much screen time has taken over our kids' lives. Whether it’s social media, gaming, or just plain scrolling, it’s easy to see how much time is spent glued to a screen.

But today, I want to focus on how we, as parents, can encourage our teens (and ourselves, to be honest) to develop better habits. We all know exercise is crucial for physical health, but the truth is, it’s just as important for mental health. And in this digital age, the need to get off the screen and into some physical activity has never been more urgent.
