  • The Final Stretch of the CEO Sprint (and Almost Christmas)
    2025/12/21

Be my guest — text me!

We’re in the final stretch of the CEO Sprint — and also the final sprint to Christmas.

In today’s Saturday episode of Gab Sessions, I’m sharing a tired-but-festive check-in as we balance wrapping up business, celebrating the holidays, and preparing for the end of the year.

This episode is a mix of real life and reflection, including:

    • closing out nearly 90 days of the CEO Sprint
    • navigating the busy, layered feeling of this time of year
    • wrapping presents, celebrating with family, and still running a business
    • a gentle reminder about end-of-year organization (yes, including taxes — but no deep dive today)
    • and how I’m approaching the final days of the year with intention instead of pressure

This isn’t a planning episode or a checklist.
It’s a reminder that you can be festive, tired, and still moving forward at the same time.

If you’re wrapping up projects, closing loops, and easing into the holidays while thinking about what comes next, this episode is for you.

✨ As always, I share what I’m focusing on behind the scenes — including continuing to build and support Business Growth Society, especially the VIP community, as we move toward the new year.

Thanks for listening and spending a little time with me during this busy season.

  • This Week Felt Like Two Mondays (A Friday Check-In at the End of the CEO Sprint)
    2025/12/20

Be my guest — text me!

This week felt like it had two Mondays — and I was very ready for Friday.

In today’s episode of Gab Sessions, I’m sharing a lighter, end-of-week check-in as we move toward the close of the CEO Sprint and the end of the year.

This isn’t a teaching episode or a deep dive. It’s a real look at:

    • how this week actually felt
    • navigating business alongside real life
    • staying present while preparing for the holidays
    • and what I’m focusing on as I begin mapping out 2026

I also share a bit about my current planning process, including working through a mind map for the year ahead and why Business Growth Society will be my primary focus going into 2026 — especially supporting and growing the VIP community.

If you’re still working, still showing up, but already feeling the shift into a new season, this episode is for you.

    Nothing to rush.
    Nothing to force.
Just awareness, clarity, and intentional momentum.

  • Dashing Through the Day
    2025/12/18

Be my guest — text me!

This episode is for the person who did everything today — and still feels like it flew by.

Tonight’s episode is a quiet, end-of-day reflection. Client work wrapped up. Life handled. Gym squeezed in later than planned. A little Christmas shopping. Dinner that was mostly healthy. And finally sitting down to record, just in time to almost meet my personal bedtime.

    Nothing went wrong today.
    It was just full.

In this episode of Gab Sessions, I reflect on what it looks like to move through a full day without rushing, spiraling, or putting pressure on yourself to optimize every moment — especially as an entrepreneur or business owner.

    We talk about:
    – dashing through the lists instead of the snow
    – moving with the day instead of fighting it
    – embracing what got done instead of stressing about what didn’t
    – why not every day needs to be labeled productive or unproductive

This is an end-of-day, end-of-season reminder that sometimes the most empowering thing you can do is let the day be what it was.

  • Messy Momentum Still Counts (Why Imperfect Action Is Sometimes Exactly Right)
    2025/12/17

Be my guest — text me!

As we wrap up the year — and come to the end of the CEO Sprint — I wanted to share a reminder that feels especially important right now:

    Messy momentum still counts.

This episode came together in real life — running late, gym brain, freezing weather, minimal prep — and instead of postponing or overthinking it, I chose to show up anyway. And honestly, it turned into exactly the conversation it needed to be.

In this episode of Gab Sessions, I talk about why imperfect action often leads to more clarity, connection, and momentum than waiting for everything to feel “ready.” Especially as entrepreneurs, solopreneurs, and business owners who are constantly balancing life, work, and expectations.

    We talk about:
    – why messy momentum still matters
    – how imperfect action often ends up being just right
    – why connected relationships make business more enjoyable, even when it’s hard
    – the freedom that comes from embracing the season you’re in instead of resisting it

This is a year-end episode — not about pushing harder or fixing yourself — but about acknowledging what you’ve carried, what you’ve learned, and what you’re ready to bring forward.

    2025/12/16

Be my guest — text me!

In today’s episode of Gab Sessions with Stephanie Marie, aka Gabbie, I’m joined by my dear friend Cindy Kojm, founder of Kojm and Company—a business and life coach who brings a grounded, deeply human approach to growth, alignment, and meaningful change.

Cindy shares her reinvention journey—from military spouse and stay-at-home mom, to real estate, mentoring, and eventually coaching—and how reconnecting to herself led her to create the DREAM Method, a framework designed to help women move forward with clarity instead of chaos.

This conversation is for anyone who’s ever wondered:
“Am I doing this the right way… or is there a way that actually fits me?”

In This Episode, We Talk About

    • Cindy’s journey through reinvention and identity shifts
    • Why chasing shiny frameworks keeps us disconnected
    • The DREAM Method: Discovery, Remembering, Evolving, Acting, Manifesting
    • How to prioritize one or two areas of life without sacrificing the rest
    • Why asking “what” instead of “why” or “how” creates momentum
    • Reconnecting to yourself as the foundation for aligned growth

    Key Takeaways

✨ You don’t need another framework—you need alignment.
✨ Momentum comes from choosing clarity over noise.
✨ Growth doesn’t have to be heavy to be meaningful.

  • 11 Days Until Christmas: A Sunday CEO Reset That Was Never Meant to Be Rushed
    2025/12/14

Be my guest — text me!

There are 11 days until Christmas, and today’s episode is a reminder that neither this season — nor your business — was ever meant to be rushed.

In this Sunday CEO reset, we talk about how Sundays work inside the 90-Day CEO Sprint, how I personally use them in my business, and what I consistently advise my clients to do as we approach the end of the year.

This episode also explores a lesser-known historical perspective on the 12 Days of Christmas — not as a checklist or countdown, but as a tradition rooted in rhythm, memory, presence, and connection. A powerful reminder for a season that often feels rushed and overloaded.

    In this episode, we cover:

✨ How Sundays create momentum by reducing friction
✨ Why positioning matters more than pushing at this stage of the sprint
✨ How the 12 Days of Christmas were historically about presence, not pressure
✨ Why December doesn’t need to feel like a sprint
✨ A simple Sunday CEO check-in to prepare for the week ahead
✨ How to close the year with intention instead of exhaustion

    Sundays aren’t for doing more.
They’re for creating clarity and easing the path forward.

As we close the 90-Day CEO Sprint, the year, and this season of daily podcasting, this episode is an invitation to honor rhythm — not rush — and to move forward in a way that actually fits your life.

    Sunday CEO Reflection:
What’s the one priority that truly matters this week — and what can wait?

  • 2 Days Until Christmas: A Gentle Way to Finish the Year
    2025/12/13

Be my guest — text me!

There are 12 days until Christmas, and instead of adding more to the list or pushing harder, today’s episode is an invitation to slow down and choose one intentional way of being.

In this Saturday reflection, we talk about:

✨ Why the original 12 Days of Christmas were never meant to be rushed
✨ How modern culture turned the season into pressure instead of presence
✨ What it means to finish the 90-Day CEO Sprint without burnout
✨ Why daily podcasting was a season — and what’s shifting next
✨ How choosing one way of being can create more clarity than a full to-do list

Historically, the 12 Days of Christmas were a celebration after Christmas — a time for rest, reflection, generosity, and togetherness. Somewhere along the way, we flipped that idea and turned December into a sprint.

This episode is your permission slip to do it differently.

Instead of 12 things to do, choose one way of being today:
    • Gentleness
    • Presence
    • Ease
    • Completion
    • Reflection

Let it guide how you move.
    Let it be enough.

As we close the year and this season of daily podcasting, this episode is a reminder that growth doesn’t always come from doing more — sometimes it comes from honoring the season you’re in.

    Reflection for you:
What’s the one way of being you’re choosing today?
