Unfortunately as we celebrate both the Men's and Women's Olympic Hockey gold wins, things have gotten quite political. Their accomplishments shouldn't have been diminished. Jerry Brewer, The Athletic joins Ian to react to the things we heard in the conference call as the Men's Olympic hockey team spoke with the President. We hear from Hilary Knight, who was forced to speak on and react to that - rather than speaking about the feat the US Team overcame in the Olympics. Shouldn't the Olympics unite us? Jerry weighs in on sports being weaponized when it comes to politics. He also talks about why he wrote the article he did. The Daily Power Play! Corbin Smith, Emerald City Spectrum tells Ian what Seahawks' deals need to be done ASAP and which ones might be able to wait just a bit.
