    My story isn’t unique: I burned out at my corporate job, but felt trapped because I was living paycheck to paycheck (even though I was earning 6 figures!).

    That’s when I realized the American dream needed a serious overhaul.

    AS WOMEN, WE FACE SOME TOUGH ECONOMIC TRUTHS:

    We’re paid less than 78 cents on the dollar to men

    We live longer—on average, by 7 years

    We’re the primary caretakers—for not just our children, but our aging parents

    And we’re often charged with heading up the household—physically, mentally, emotionally, AND financially

    To top it off, there’s a multi-million dollar marketing engine targeting us to spend on consumer goods with a culture that often values physical things over financial stability.

    OUR GOAL AT FACTORA IS TO HELP WOMEN LEVEL-UP THEIR EARNING AND INVESTING POTENTIAL SO THEY CAN ACHIEVE FINANCIAL FREEDOM.

Janie's family has lived in St. Augustine, Florida since 1574, making her a 15th-generation First Coaster.     Meet Christiana Serle.....  In her own words

    As a former college athlete and current triathlete, I always believed fitness and nutrition were paramount to improving my performance and overall health.  My perspective shifted completely when I attended a 10-day silent meditation in 2014 while grieving a loss. Through that experience, I began to unlock the power of the mind and body connection and began applying mindfulness principles and techniques to areas in my life like eating, parenting, and friendships.  I now work with organizations (over 200 so far!) to design wellness programs for their employees that center around mindfulness.

    I also teach courses for my community, and also incorporate what I have learned at home. My intention is to improve health, productivity, and happiness of all of my teams. I have been recognized as one of the Top 10 Health Promotion Professionals by the Wellness Council of America and my clients have won many local and national awards for their employee wellness programs.   

    Most importantly,  I am a real person.  I live in the real world.  I am a wife, a Mom, a daughter, a friend.  I look forward to connecting with you, and working together to be present for the lives we are living.
