概要
The Value of Faith
From the Archives
What kind of faith are we really living with, and is it moving us forward or holding us back?
In this archived message, Pastor Brent teaches on the central role faith plays in the life of a believer. Drawing from Hebrews 11, the Gospels, and the life of Abraham, this sermon explores different levels of faith and challenges us to move beyond fear, familiarity, and passive belief into a faith that actively pursues God.
This message invites us to:
- Examine the condition and strength of our faith
- Recognize how fear and familiarity can weaken faith over time
- Understand that faith is meant to be lived, not just believed
- Learn how hearing, obedience, and perseverance grow faith
- Pursue a lifestyle that pleases God and produces spiritual fruit
This sermon is a powerful reminder that faith is not static. It grows when we seek God, respond to His Word, and choose to move forward even when circumstances are challenging.
Key Scripture: Hebrews 11:1; Habakkuk 2:4; Romans 4:19–21; Matthew 15:21–28
