Now, 8 years into his leadership at GHTCA, Edward and his team have drastically reduced the school's suspension rates and transformed it from one of Wisconsin’s lowest-ranked schools to a four-star institution. His secret? Building authentic relationships with both students and staff, understanding that everyone is doing their best—some days just look different than others.
