For over 20 years, I thrived in the corporate world—but something was missing. I wanted to make a real impact, helping people feel better, live better, and thrive. So, I took the leap and built my own business in health and wellness.

Those first few years were amazing. I’d wake up excited, pour my heart into my work, and fall into bed exhausted—but fulfilled. I felt unstoppable, like I was truly living my purpose.
Until the burnout hit.
By year five, I was exhausted, struggling to sleep, battling brain fog, and experiencing unexplained tremors. The worst part? I was in the wellness industry. How could I help others when I could barely function?
In 2018, I took control. I examined my habits, made intentional changes, and in five months, every symptom was gone.
That experience didn’t just change my health—it changed my mission.
