Raised in Spanish Harlem, using drugs at age seven, incarcerated at Rikers Island roughly twenty times — Pastor Lucho's life was headed in one direction. Then on January 5th, 2001, in a Pinellas County jail in Florida, facing a charge that could have meant life imprisonment for attempted murder of a law enforcement officer, something shifted. God showed up. And nothing has been the same since.
