After experiencing three back-to-back pregnancies, years of untreated postpartum depression, overwhelming anxiety, and feeling completely lost in motherhood, I found myself believing I had failed. Therapy gave me tools to begin healing, but it was through Christ that I discovered the lasting peace my heart had been searching for.
