Tay Scheibe was only 10 years old when she was diagnosed with large cell lymphoma. After chemotherapy, a stage four recurrence, radiation, and a bone marrow transplant, she entered remission—but it took years for her to feel proud of what she had overcome.
In this moving episode, Tay opens up about losing her hair and sense of identity, feeling isolated during treatment, and ultimately turning her childhood cancer experience into a source of purpose. Today, she is the founder of With Love, a Nashville nonprofit that helps children in treatment remember one essential truth: they are still kids, and they are still themselves.
With Love provides care packages, toys, games, creative encouragement, hospital resources, and special experiences for children facing cancer. The 100% volunteer-run organization is also preparing to transform a hospital playroom into a bright, welcoming space for patients from ages two to 18.
Tay also gives us an inside look at Yellowstones 2026, With Love’s Western-inspired Nashville fundraiser. Join us Thursday, September 10, at Union Station Nashville Yards for live music, custom cowboy hats, whiskey tasting, a silent auction, Kendra Scott, Ranger Station, heavy appetizers, cocktails, and a night of meaningful impact.
Come dressed in your best “cocktail cowboy” attire and help With Love reach its $75,000 goal to serve more children and hospitals.
